What kind of shirts do you use? We can use almost any shirts our distributers can provide to us. Our main 2 distributers are Alphabroder and Sanmar. Just these 2 distributers can get us Gildan, Gildan Softstyle, Fruit Of The Loom, Next Level, Bella Canvas, American Apparel, Jerzees, Champion, Shaka Wear, Threadfast, District and Hanes just to name a few.
If we bring our own shirts, can you print on them? Yes thats not a problem.
Is there a set up charge? Usually we have no set up fees for shirts up to 5 colors printed. This also depends on quantities ordered.
Do you provide folding and bagging? Yes, we can provide folding and bagging of your t shirts from sizes XS-XXL
What is your wait time? Usually our wait time is 7-10 business days.
We need shirts in a day or rush printing, can you do that? Yes, depending on the quantities and designs, we can provide next business day printing.
Can you print 1 shirt for sample? Yes and no. Lets face it, doing a lot of work for 1 shirt with a “promise” your gonna order more is not worth it to us, however, we can provide 1 custom shirt for $100. If you like the print and quality and put in a order, then we will actually apply that $100 to your order.
Do you have sample brand shirts for us to see how it feels? Yes, we have our own brand called Big State Apparel and we should have one of those shirts available to check out, if not, we always have some shirts to check out at our facility.
What is your minimum order? Our min order is usually 24 pieces for a single color print on single side of a regular shirt like Gildan or Fruit Of The Loom.
I want to start my own clothing brand and don’t really know what amounts to order. Can you help me decide? Yes we can help with that. We can figure out who you are trying to market to and make a few suggestions.
Do you give discounts or sales? Sometimes. It all depends on the quantities ordered. At times we do have sales.
Do you provide live screenprinting for events? Yes! We actually provide live outdoor screenprinting in our vintage pop up camper that has been converted to do live screenprinting.
Are you hiring? From time to time, we need help with random things like folding and bagging shirts, live printing events, quality control. When it comes to actually printing garments, it all depends on if you have experience.
What are your hours of operation? I do not have any specific hours. Sometimes we print a few hours a day and sometimes we print all day.
I saw this shirt this one guy printed or was wearing and I want to order some just like that, can you do that? NO! We do not print other peoples artwork or designs without the permission from the designer or artist.
Hey, this other shop quoted us this price, do you price match or can you beat them? Sometimes we can and sometimes we can’t.
Do you provide embroidery? Yes and no. Some of our distributers like Ottocap and Alphabroder provides embroidery services for us. We use them for our embroidery services.
Do you provide stickers? Yes and no. Some of our distributers provide sticker services for us. If you want stickers locally printed. Feel free to contact us and we will recommend who to go to.
